7.1 If you are using or intends to use Mank Portfolio Partner Listing Service, the following additional terms will apply:
7.1.1 The material used in the advert will be defined to include the text, photographs, video or content, and/or any additional material published or submitted by the third-party partners for publishing.
7.1.2 Mank- Portfolio is not, and it does regard itself as:
7.2.1.1 An estate agent as defined or outlinedby the South African Laws and legislature. An attorney, financial, tax advisor, conveyancer, valuer or bond originator.
7.2.1.2 Mank does not have the power or mandate to negotiate, enter into an agreements or conclude any agreement on behalf of the user, and no such power must also be inferred. The user is liable for all obligations, arrangements and consequences that might arise from any negotiations or conclusions of any agreement resulting from the use of the Listing service.
7.2.1.3 The user is expected or urged to enquire in order to obtain detailed information about the party that the user intends to negotiate with, the published advertisement, and to obtain an advice from a qualified or professional individual prior to concluding an agreement.
7.2.1.4 The users uses the partner listing service at their own risk.
7.2.1.5 You grant Mank a perpetual, royalty free, transferable rights to publish all material submitted by you. You must comply with all the laws and rules of the Country.
7.2.1. 6. You "user" agree to pay all fees and amounts charged by Mank for using the Listing Service. Any failure to do so may result in temporary or permanent suspension or revoking from the listing service. All fees are not refundable. The suspension can be effected without any notice.
